Steven P. Burns and Linda Burns v. Sunset Ridge at Tucker Knob Homeowners Association, et al.

Homeowners association dispute · 425th Judicial District Court, Williamson County, Texas · Cause No. 26-2738-C425

Lot owners in a four-lot Williamson County subdivision sued their homeowners association and the owners of the other three lots after the architectural control committee denied a complete application for a workshop without considering the plans, and offered to reconsider only if the owners agreed not to contact law enforcement.
