Fifteen years of matters resolved by settlement, at trial and in arbitration precede the catalog — commercial, construction, real property, probate and partnership disputes. Those are listed as prior results, kept separate from the matters above because they are stated as amounts resolved rather than proved by an order on this site.
Where I appear
Anywhere in Texas. The base is Round Rock and the volume is in Williamson, Travis and the surrounding Central Texas counties, but the work travels — sixty-six matters in the Bexar County courts in San Antonio, the 267th District Court in DeWitt County, the 56th in Galveston County, and many more. Motion practice does not require a local office; it requires knowing the local rule and being in the room on the day.
