Partnership Litigation

We have years of experience representing individuals in disputes with their partners and with third parties, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, embezzlement, trade secret protection, non-compete clauses, fraudulent transfer claims. We also represent partners in dissolution proceedings as a result of misconduct and pursuant to dissolution agreements or by default as defined in the Business Organizations Code.

Relevant Experience

We represented a partner withdrawing from a partnership pursuant to the terms of the company’s agreement. His partners originally refused to distribute his share of the company’s assets. After litigation, the other partners agreed to pay him $1.1 million.

We also represented a partner in a dispute concerning alleged misconduct by his partner. After engaging in extensive forensic electronic discovery, the other partner agreed to a $4 million settlement in favor of our client.
