Tracee Henry

Paralegal

Tracee is an experienced paralegal who has assisted with litigation and real estate investments for corporations and individuals for over 14 years. She leads the firm’s real estate valuation and opportunity section. Tracee received her B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas. She lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband, and three children, Luke, Jake, and Layne. She is also an avid equestrian.

Real Estate Projects

• - Leander, Texas Residential Property – structure partially completed with code violations. Issues resolved; net profit to investors in excess of $500,000.
• - Dallas, Texas Residential Property – property undervalued. Net profit to investors in excess of $350,000.
• - Cedar Creek Lake Residential Property – property undervalued with renovations needed. Net profit to investors in excess of $300,000.
• - Austin, Texas – condemnation valuation less than market value. Net proceeds to property increased by over $400,000 after litigation and subsequent settlements.
